First time at the salon, had a telephone consultation with stylist Mo day before, and was able to get appointment next day. Mo is extremely professional and qualified in his field. Due to several past wrong experiences with highlights I was sceptical but Mo gave me a great consultation. His very transparent and tells you what will will not work so doesn’t build a false hope. I was stunned at results! Having highlights for past 10 years, it was first my hair looked perfect without correction ! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend! Thank you Mo! ~ Samina M

I was passing by and thought I’d treat myself to a haircut and facial. The staff were very welcoming. The gentleman who cut my hair did a really good job. Very polite customer service provided. I felt at ease. He did exactly what I wanted. I’ve not had much luck with getting decent haircuts around here so tried this place and will be making this place my regular place to get a haircut. The facial was really good. They use guinot products and have new machines. So it does a very good job. I highly recommend this hairdressers. Amazing, professional experience. For over 10 years I have only been using one private hair dresser, but she was unavailable to do my hair. After reading reviews i decided to take the plunge and book at a salon. I explained my anxiety to Naomi and she was super great. She knows exactly what she is doing and talked me through everything to give me piece of mind. The place was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. I came into InTouch hair and beauty with a really bad hair disaster and I came out feeling a million dollars. The stylist who fixed my hair was absolutely FANTASTIC! Mo was absolutely amazing. He reassured me that my hair was going to get fixed and look amazing and that’s exactly what happened. He was very funny, very professional and he’s the Balayage king. I first came to In Touch for my daughter’s first haircut. She was 7 months old at the time and Veera did a wonderful job of carefully cutting and neatening my babies hair. I returned recently for a wash, cut and blow dry for myself where I was looked after by Veera again. She did an absolutely fantastic job. Did my hair cut today in this place and honestly I’m in LOVE, the hairdresser was so nice and very nice to talk with, if ur a hijabi like me, this place so the right spot, gave me beautiful haircut and knew my colours so well when I wanted highlights, very experienced staff and so lovely, definitely coming again and recommending to all my family and friends, p.s; I gave a £50 note to the lady who did my hair, thank you so much I’m in love your amazing!!!!!!!!!! ~ samina a

I went there on a friend’s recommendation and was not disappointed at all. We had a great experience with Veera. She immediately understood the kind of haircut my daughter needed and did an excellent job. My daughter’s hair has two different textures, and Veera gave her a beautifully layered cut that really suits her face and style. Best hairdresser in the area. Been going to George for nearly 20 years and every time I go it just gets better and better. Can’t fault him one bit. I’ve tried the others hairdressers there and they are all also 10/10. They are also very good at women’s haircuts and have a wide variety of services that they offer. This is my go to hairdressers it not only looks and feels luxury but after every session I always come away looking and feeling great without leaving myself skint ,staff are super friendly and knowledgeable on both men's and women's hair so I know I'm in safe hands plus who can complain at a complementary back massage whilst having your hair washed ! Fantastic experience. Loved my hair stylist and enjoyed listing to the guys having a banter! I'm very fussy about who touches my hair as its short and requires to be styled daily! however I flew into london and accompanied my sister and neice for their hair day, I also ended up getting a cut! It's all true. I live abroad and needed a great haircut, and Mo did not disappoint. He has magic scissors, is a perfectionist and knows just how to coax my hair into the style I wanted. I'll be back--it's great fun to watch him work, and it's great to have hair that behaves again! Magda is also an excellent technician--she did a perfect wax for me. I been there few times but normally get my hair done from mow:) his just incredible I never know what I want but he always finds the best hair colour and style for me and I go home look at the mirror and love love what I see he knows what his doing !
